1. Acceptance and Scope of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the corporate website located at cascaderetailanalytics.com (the "Site") operated by Cascade Retail Analytics LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("Company"). By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Commercial research engagements and data licensing relationships are governed by separate written Master Services Agreements ("MSAs") executed between Company and its institutional clients.

2. Permitted Use and Prohibited Conduct

4. Nature of Aggregate Research Deliverables & Disclaimers

All research reports, catchment models, and attribution indices produced by Company constitute statistical estimates derived from observational and macro-level sources. The Site and all informational materials are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular commercial purpose, or non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

6. Governing Law and Venue
